Procol is an agentic AI platform for procurement and finance teams. It orchestrates people and AI agents across sourcing, auctions, supplier management, contracts, purchasing and payables, so enterprises run procurement end to end in one place.

## What it does

- **Procurement orchestration.** Requests from Slack, Teams, email or the portal are structured, checked against policy and routed to the right agent or person, with every step logged.
- **Clara.** Procol's agentic AI coordinates specialist agents for intake, sourcing, supplier onboarding, spend analytics and accounts payable, and hands anything that needs judgement to a human.
- **Sourcing and auctions.** RFx, reverse auctions, Japanese and Dutch formats with live rank visibility.
- **Supplier, contract and spend management** connected to the ERP you already run.

## Who uses it

More than 250 enterprises in over 10 countries manage over $30B of spend on Procol, across manufacturing, FMCG, construction, retail and IT, with 80%+ efficiency gains and 20%+ cost savings reported by customers.
